Long-held, gentle poses that work deeply into the body's connective tissue — joints, ligaments, tendons, bones, and fascia. Yin is a practice of surrender, patience, and presence. Equanimity

A practice built around balancing poses and transitions that develop core connection, hip stability and mobility, and a deeper understanding of how to move through your practice — and your life. You will be welcomed

From the moment you arrive, someone will greet you, show you around, and make sure you feel at home. We take this seriously. No one gets lost on their first day.

Mats and props are provided

You don't need to bring anything except yourself and comfortable clothes. All mats, blocks, straps, and blankets are available at the studio.

Modifications are always offered

Every class is taught with every body in mind. There is no pressure to do anything your body isn't ready for — and our teachers will help you find your version of every pose.

You'll be glad you came

You don't need any experience to walk through our door. But if you'd like a little guidance on where to begin, here's what we suggest:

Start with Gentle, Yin, or Slow Stretch — all three are welcoming, unhurried, and a beautiful place to begin

Arrive 10 minutes early so we can show you around and answer any questions before class starts

Let the teacher know it's your first time — they'll keep an eye on you and offer extra guidance

Don't compare yourself to anyone else in the room. Your practice is yours. We mean this.
